Web design & build

Website design for business owners who notice the details.

Structured sites, refined UI, and a straight path from kickoff to launch—with clear starting points for custom code or Squarespace, then scope dialed in together.

I run SeaForth as a founder-led studio—custom development and Squarespace, for projects at any scope, in one relationship. Client launches live in the portfolio; a fuller design-and-career arc lives on my personal site.

Starting prices & deliverables

Two paths—custom development or Squarespace design. Final scope is confirmed after an alignment call.

Development

Custom stack

Custom-coded sites—Next.js, GitHub, Vercel—and engineering you can grow with.

You want a hand-built front end (usually Next.js) with responsive UI, performance, accessibility, and a real code workflow—not a hosted page builder.

Your account

Hosting the site requires a $30 fee paid to SeaForth Strategies (in addition to project pricing).

Deliverables

  • Responsive implementation and components
  • Git-based workflow and collaboration
  • Staging and production deploys (e.g. Vercel)
  • Accessibility, semantic markup, and launch handoff

Design

Squarespace

Designed and built on Squarespace—polished, fast to launch, and a lower starting price than custom development.

You want a professional site on Squarespace: clear IA, visual design, template and styling work, and content setup—without a code repo.

Your account

You create your Squarespace account and pay Squarespace directly for your subscription—we design and build on your plan.

Deliverables

  • Site map and page structure
  • Template selection and visual design
  • Squarespace styling (including custom CSS when needed)
  • Launch support and refinement

Extras like copy support, IA, and SEO can be layered in when scoped.

Expertise & tools

Builds lean on modern front-end tooling, Git-based workflows, and Squarespace when the project calls for it—always with performance, accessibility, and handoff in mind.

Process

Straightforward. No theater.

Three steps from alignment to launch—the same process for every engagement.

Step 01

Align

Define audience, pages, and what success looks like on the site.

Step 02

Design & build

UI, components, and responsive front end—one coherent system.

Step 03

Launch

QA, handoff, and a short refinement pass so it’s ready for traffic.
